The Programme Officer will assist in the implementation of DAP activities particularly in Coordinating the DAP Trainings and initiatives in Africa. She will also assist in monitoring the DAP Project Funds and assist in the administration paperwork required in the DAP. The Programme Officer will directly report to the DAP Project Manager for Africa and follow the guidelines and instructions given by the DAP Director.

The Programme Officer has the primary responsibility of supporting the Programme Manager-WLFP in all tasks necessary to successfully implement the projects. Under the supervision of the Programme Manager, the Programme Officer will handle the day-to-day responsibilities of implementation and coordination of project activities with the PA-Bangladesh and the finance department of CPDAP. The Programme Officer will report directly to the Programme Manager-WLFP and indirectly, but regularly, to the DAP Director.

The Programme Manager has the primary responsibility of ensuring that the objectives of the Dissemination of Universal Treatment Curricula initiatives in Central Asia are achieved within the allotted time frame. The Drug Advisory Programme has successfully achieved its goals in Central Asia regarding the implementation of Substance Use Disorder Treatment activities, including the training of addiction practitioners working with people who use drugs. The Programme Manager will continue to oversee and advance this project. Under the supervision of the DAP Director, the Programme Manager must effectively assist in the implementation of the projects.

The Deputy Director will be responsible for supporting the DAP Director in ensuring that the deliverables and objectives of DDR and DSR projects are met in an efficient, effective, timely and financially prudent manner as well as assisting DAP Director on strategic management and development of DDR and DSR related activities. The Deputy Director will be also responsible for supporting the DAP Director in conducting day-to-day operations of the Drug Advisory Programme. He/She will maintain oversight and guide the project managers/project officers in the work assignments in their respective regions. The Deputy Director will report to DAP Director.
